About the Couple
How They Met
Courtney and Steven met online on Kingdom of Heaven, an online Christian community Discord server, in January of 2025. The moment they met, they felt an instant connection and quickly became inseparable. They bonded over their shared love for Jesus, video games such as Stardew Valley, and their mutual desire to serve God together. After months of late-night calls and heartfelt conversations, Courtney and Steven decided to meet in person in May of 2025.
Getting Closer
After several visits, and the couple meeting eachothers parents, they grew closer and their bond strengthened further. Courtney and Steven found themselves always looking forward to their next encounter, filling every visit with an abundance of activities, duo gym sessions, and late night Denny's visits. What started as a gaming friendship became something neither of them could ignore: a growing certainty that God had put them in each other's lives for a reason. Every visit brought them closer, and every goodbye only made the next hello sweeter.
Where We Are Now
April 23rd, 2026, Steven proposed to Courtney at The Old Mill in Fitchburg, MA. They are now counting down the days to September 13th, 2026. With the couple embarking on a new journey of homeownership together, they are excited to build a life centered around their shared faith, love for gaming, and commitment to serving God together. They can't wait to celebrate their wedding day with all of their loved ones and are looking forward to the many adventures that await them in their future together.
